How is GWK Travelex dealing with the Covid-19 virus?

GWK Travelex puts your health and that of our employees first. That's why we do everything in our power to serve you in a safe environment. GWK Travelex is following National Institute for Public Health and the Environment(RIVM) and government advice. During this time our store hours and operations will continue to be adjusted.

Open branches:

Order your foreign currency easily online and pick up your online order safely in one of our opened GWK Travelex branches. Check the actual opening hours and a branch nearby the GWK Travelex stores page. If you need foreign currency we recommend you to order online on forehand.

Travelex services

During the period of adjusted opening hours, the services that we offer will also be adjusted to provide you with the best possible level of service.

Foreign currency

• Order your foreign currency online before you visit our stores;
• Take our Buy Back Guarantee in consideration;
• Visit our stores only with a pick-up notification;
• Click here to order direct your foreign currency.

Money Transfer via Western Union

• Send and receive money via the Western Union services is temporary not possible at GWK Travelex branches.

MR. Pay

• Deposit the cash into a bank account and pay the account via MR. Pay is only possible for SNS bank and ASN bank account holders at our opened branches.

Other services

• Travelex ATMs will remain available for cash withdrawals during this period
• Environmental sticker for Germany will remain available our branches. Please contact a Travelex branch before you pick up the Environmental sticker for Germany.

Hygiene measurements in stores

During these days a good hygiene is even more important. To protect everybody the following hygiene measures may apply at our branches:

• Visit our branches alone and only when you are healthy;
• Apply the covid-19 governmental hygiene rules;
• Keep a safe distance to others of at least 1.5 meter;
• Please wait outside, when our branch is crowded or come back when it is less crowded.

Payments

• Pay contact less with your bank card or smartphone.
